Reader exhibitor application form

Please note the form will time out after 10 minutes. You will need:

  • details of the exact services you offer

  • Your social media links

  • to create or copy a promotional paragraph of your stall/business

  • The type of insurance you hold and the name of your insurer

If you are looking to sell products alongside your readings, please state what they are below. For fairness to all other exhibitors it is important to all of us that we have clarity. You may not be allowed to sell them!


There is an extra fee of £15 per day if what you sell is accepted.

This is for high ticket products like sprays, essences, crystals & books etc. Please note that we also have limited places for these types of stalls, and if any retail stalls are in attendance we may not allow you to sell as well as give your readings.

Electricity isn't always possible at our events. Priority will always go to those who need it as a necessity for their exhibit. ie. Aura Photography. (this does not include card machines and phones, we ask that each exhibitor brings power banks or other safe forms to supply your needs to take payment. We will of course provide electricity where possible)

Please note that all stalls using a table or any other display need to have appropriate covers to stay within the aesthetics of the event. A table needs a table cover that comes to atleast 3/4s of the floor. Will you have this?

Most of our venues provide tables and chairs - some do not. If necessary, would you be able to bring your own 6ft table? This may reduce the cost of your pitch.

Pitch requirements. Readers will get a 6ft table unless otherwise stated (some events we may use 4ft we will say) They will also get 2 chairs as standard, one for the reader, one for the sitter. Do you need anything extra?
