Electricity isn't always possible at our events. Priority will always go to those who need it as a necessity for the running of their exhibit e.g. an aura photographer. (this does not include card machines and phones, we ask that each exhibitor brings power banks or other safe forms to supply your needs to take payment. We will of course provide it where possible)

All stalls using a table or any other display need to have appropriate covers to stay within keeping of the aesthetics of the event. E.g. A table needs a table cover that comes to atleast 3/4s of the floor. Will you have this?

Most of our venues provide tables and chairs - some do not . If necessary, would you be able to bring your own 6ft table? This may reduce the cost of your pitch.

Do you have any other needs for your exhibit? Do you have clothes stands? Do you need space for a standing/roller banner? Etc etc. We will try to provide where appropriate, it may be necessary for you to purchase more space if it takes a 2nd stall space

You may have 1 metre of space behind a 6ft stall, you may have less, venue dependant. Each stall comes with 1 chair. Prices can be seen in fee document.
