Please note the form will time out after around 10 minutes or so.

  • You need the name of your insurance and type of cover.

  • What products or services you are selling.

  • A promotional paragraph we can use for social media.

  • Your social media links.

Which events do you want to apply for? Please select the correct days -Please note, priority is given to those who can attend both days first. purely so we are not left with spaces on one day or the other.

If you are looking to sell products alongside your therapies, please state what they are below. For fairness to all other exhibitors it is important to all of us that we have clarity. You may not be allowed to sell them!


There is an extra fee of £15 per day if you want to sell physical products on your table - we only have a select amount of stalls selling each type of product.

Priority for electricity goes to those who need it for their event to work. ie. aura photography. Make sure you have power banks or similar to cover your phone % card machine needs.

You need to have appropriate table cloths for your stall that come to at least 3/4 of the floor to exhibit. Agreed?

Most of our venues provide tables and chairs - If necessary, would you be able to bring your own table? This may reduce the cost of your pitch.

Pitch requirements. Therapists will get a table, between 2-6ft venue dependant. They will also get 2 chairs as standard, one for the therapist, one for the sitter. Do you need anything extra?

We may well us your business details to create an exhibitors portal, this is to make it easy to book future events with us.. Submitting this form gives us permission to store your details.
